Your safety and health matter. Genesiverse staff are not trained crisis counselors and cannot provide one-on-one clinical care. This page points you (or a friend) toward people and organizations who can help.
If you are worried about another player in-game, you may also alert staff through official report channels so we can steer them toward resources — but for immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
1) Reach out to people who know you
- Family members (parents, siblings, relatives)
- Trusted friends
- Teachers, school counselors, or campus staff
- Faith or community group leaders you trust
- Support groups, therapists, psychologists, or your doctor / GP
- Local law enforcement when someone is in immediate danger
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now.

6) How we ask you to use Genesiverse spaces
Detailed discussions of suicide, self-harm, or crisis content can distress other players who are not equipped to help. Please do not use public Genesiverse chat, Discord, or profile posts for that purpose. Use the resources above, and review our Community Rules and Server Rules.
Take breaks. Genesiverse will still be here. If play stops feeling healthy, step away and talk to someone you trust.
