These Community Rules apply to Genesiverse Discord servers, website profiles, comments, party invites, market listings text, support tickets, and other official discussion spaces. They work with the Server Rules and Terms of Service.
1) Be constructive
Discuss games, builds, bugs, and ideas in good faith. Help new players. Disagree without personal attacks.
2) No spam or low-effort clutter
- No flood, copy-paste spam, or repeated bumping of the same message.
- Post in the right channel; do not re-post content staff already removed.
- AI-assisted writing is fine for clarity; pure spam / empty “engagement bait” is not.
3) Punishments stay in appeals channels
Do not derail public chats with “unban me” campaigns or staff call-outs. Use the official appeal / ticket process when available. Public shaming of non-public players is not allowed.
4) No unauthorized advertising, giveaways, or IRL trading
- No ads for other Minecraft networks unless staff explicitly allow a showcase channel.
- No selling accounts, Gems, ranks, or Virtual Goods for real money.
- No unauthorized giveaways of store items or currency.
- Art / build commissions may be discussed only where staff designate, and must not sell Genesiverse Virtual Goods for cash.
5) No misleading or impersonation content
- Do not impersonate Genesiverse staff, bots, or official announcements.
- No fake update posts, fake store links, or manipulated quotes meant to harm someone.
6) Sensitive topics
- Do not use Discord or website chat for detailed discussions of self-harm or suicide — please use the resources on Player Wellness and local emergency services when needed.
- Heavy political or religious debate that turns into harassment will be moderated.
- Keep NSFW content off Genesiverse community spaces.
7) Alternate accounts
Alts used to evade mutes, bans, reaction farming, or harassment will be treated as rule-breaking and may extend punishments to related accounts.
8) Consequences
Warnings, timeouts, channel bans, Discord bans, website restrictions, or in-game punishments may apply depending on severity. Staff may remove content without notice when needed to keep spaces safe.
