These rules cover content you create or host in Genesiverse player spaces — including hotel rooms, furniture layouts, signs, item displays, Club builds, and similar player-controlled areas. They extend the Server Rules and Terms of Service.
You are responsible for everything in spaces you own or control, including content placed by guests you invite. Be careful who you give build or manage access to.
1) Respectful and inclusive content
- No hate speech, slurs, harassment, or content that targets people for who they are.
- No bullying, doxxing, or sharing someone’s private information in builds or text.
- No threats or glorification of real-world violence against individuals or groups.
2) Gambling themes and unauthorized betting
- Do not build or promote real-money gambling, casinos, or betting dens that use real-world stakes.
- Official Genesiverse features that use Virtual Goods (for example approved arcade or boxing-related systems we ship) are separate from player-run gambling schemes. Do not create unofficial slot/roulette/betting parlors that solicit Gems, tickets, or real money outside those systems.
3) Giveaways and external incentives
- Do not run unauthorized giveaways of in-game currency, ranks, or paid store items.
- Do not bribe players with Genesiverse rewards to join external Discords, subscribe, follow, or boost other platforms.
- No phishing “claim” rooms or fake staff reward scams.
4) Sensitive real-world events
Do not depict or role-play real-world terrorist attacks, active wars, school shootings, pandemics as shock content, or other tragedies in a way that exploits harm. When in doubt, choose another theme.
5) Politics
Player spaces are not campaign boards. Avoid political campaigning, electioneering, or partisan propaganda builds intended to recruit or harass. Fictional fantasy politics that stay clearly in-universe and non-harassing are generally fine.
6) Adult themes
- No sexual content, erotic role-play, or suggestive room names/builds.
- No drug-dealing role-play rooms, graphic gore galleries, or shock “gore houses.”
- Keep Club and hotel spaces appropriate for a mixed-age Minecraft community.
7) Intellectual property
We respect copyright holders and will respond to valid takedown notices as described in the Terms. Inspired builds are common in Minecraft; do not claim official Genesiverse branding as your own or impersonate staff stores.
8) Bots, alts, scripts, and abuse
- No bots or scripts to inflate visitor counts, farm rewards, or grief spaces.
- No alt networks to evade room bans or spam furniture/market systems.
- Disallowed mods used while editing or visiting spaces are still disallowed — see Allowed Modifications.
9) Enforcement
We may remove content, reset rooms, revoke furniture/items, mute, or ban accounts that break these rules. Report violations through official channels with screenshots when possible.
